1. What ForgeMint is

ForgeMint is desktop software that helps you prepare, sign and broadcast blockchain transactions from wallets you control. It runs on your machine. We do not hold your keys, your funds or your NFTs, and we cannot sign or reverse a transaction for you.

2. No guarantee of results

Mints are competitive. Network congestion, RPC latency, contract logic, allowlist rules and other bots all affect the outcome. ForgeMint does not guarantee that any transaction will be included, succeed, or result in an asset being minted.

Gas, fees and failed-transaction costs are paid by you to the network, whether or not a mint succeeds.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. NFTs and crypto-assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your computer, your wallets and your backups; for the settings you choose, including gas ceilings and quantities; and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

You are also responsible for following the terms of the marketplaces, launchpads and projects you interact with. Some of them prohibit automated minting.

5. Licence and access

Downloads are limited to verified members of our Discord server. Your licence is personal and may not be resold, shared or redistributed. We may revoke access if these terms are broken.

You may not reverse engineer, tamper with or remove protections from the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

6. Software provided as is

ForgeMint is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, missed mints, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

7. Trademarks

ForgeMint is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Microsoft. Windows and Windows XP are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; the interface of this website is an homage. Other names belong to their owners.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.
